How Schärer AG continues to improve the protection of its technicians

Schaerer AG service technicians travel all over Switzerland every day to service, repair and install coffee machines. They often work alone — in restaurants, hotels or bakeries. Since last week, the Uepaa Safety app with the new Daily emergency contact function for even more safety every time you use it.

Immediate help — right on site

Everyday work in the field technical service can entail unforeseeable risks. With the new daily emergency contact function, technicians can now quickly and easily register a contact person directly on site — be it an employee of the customer or another person of trust. This ensures that you can react quickly in an emergency.
